Knowing what you cannot do is more important than knowing what you can do.

Value System

We have a value system at Argus that is symbolized by the mustang pack. It is our trademark in the industry and represents our interest in focusing on our clients' special requirements. As part of the pack, Argus employees are expected to understand and practice the values that set Argus apart from its competition.

Consistently Superior Performance

Argus employees are held to a higher standard. Their personal commitment to performance is reflected in every action taken. Argus employees understand the expectations and exceed those expectations on a daily basis. They are encouraged to embrace the team, share their ideas, and always be pro-active.

Attitude, Attitude, Attitude

No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care. We at Argus will take attitude, teamwork, and the ability to truly enjoy our work over technical expertise any day of the week!

Professionalism & Pride

We are a professional organization and we expect that standard to be reflected in everything from the way our employees dress to the quality of their work. Employees are expected to take pride in their work and company, injecting quality into everything they do.

Respect for Each Other

We are all different. Our expectation at Argus is that our employees will respect every individual they encounter while employed at Argus. A lack of respect in the form of sexual harassment, or racially/religiously motivated actions or comments will not be tolerated in any manner and will be grounds for immediate dismissal. We set our standards high and we expect our employees to do the same. Learning to respect each other's differences and understand other points of view, requires that we listen, listen, listen.

A decision made by an Argus employee should be able to withstand the "In The Light of Day" test. Our employees are asked to consider that if their decision was printed in tomorrow's headlines, would it cause embarrassment or concern. If so, then they should rethink their decision. Ethical judgement is to be used in all actions.
